I had been considering quite a while to do a plugin that changed the look of the WordPress admin area. Well, it turns out that there a couple of themes out there just for the admin area. Well, I tried one and I like it. It is the best looking one I have seen. Tiger basically gives my admin area an Applish feel. You should check this admin theme out. I recommend it for WordPress users.
