I actually rewrote this post today. There have been some changes in our group to date. It is because of those changes I rewrote this post. We have changes in management and group vision. These are always considered to be signficant when they occur in the work place. However, this may be a change that is good.
With that change, I have become one of the team leaders. This now requires me to lead all of the long term development that we might have. I basically now have to figure out…How to setup a development shop with a majority of virtual resources, inexperienced people, and ensure we are turning out quality products. There is a vast opportunity for growth and maturity with this effort. Perhaps, I should chronical my days of this change? Perhaps, my writing will also help me to think through some things on this journey. This is what journals are for, right?
