Things are so bad at work that:
- That I when I leave work, I really leave work. I refuse to work at home now.
- I become ambivalent by the end of day. Nothing matters at that point.
- The job is really a job now.
- I have more things to do with no time to do them, and no resources do them with.
- Not that anyone cared in the first place, but no one cares even more.
The thing that concerns me more is that it is the customers who are impacted by this low moral. Everyone thinks twice before going that extra, if they go that extra mile. Enough said…
