The WordPress Team does it yet again.

I continue to be amazed at the growth of WordPress. I remember when I first decided I wanted a blog, and I had to choose which application I would use. Would it be Moveable Type or WordPress? I spent weeks agonizing over the choice. Finally, my end choice materialized to be WordPress. I can truthfully say that my choice has not been disappointing in any aspect as it continues to evolve. I would like to say to Matt and the WordPress…another job well done. I have been so impressed that I have actually been trying to get WordPress on the Technical Reference Model inventory where I work.

If you do not have it get it. If you have never tried WordPress, once again get it. You will not be sorry.

Cheers!

Spice up your admin portion of wordpress.

I had been considering quite a while to do a plugin that changed the look of the WordPress admin area. Well, it turns out that there a couple of themes out there just for the admin area. Well, I tried one and I like it. It is the best looking one I have seen. Tiger basically gives my admin area an Applish feel. You should check this admin theme out. I recommend it for WordPress users.

Cheers!

Kudos to the WordPress development team and support crew!

The WordPress team does not get enough kudos for the great work they are doing. This is work that they are also doing for free. I deal with software on a daily basis, and I must say their product was easy to install. More importantly, it has been easy to maintain and upgrade. Those things alone say a lot about the product. Also, I monitor the Support Forums. The support that is provided by the regulars there, and the public at large is above par. Did I also mention there are numerous sites providing support? I am glad I discovered WordPress. I believe technology, such as this, brings out the better in human beings. People helping people and sharing a common interest. The human spirit does not get any better than this. Cheers WordPress.

Cheers!
